Some countries are blocked due to security reasons. Those countries will not be available to choose for travel plans.

Frequently Asked Questions
I'm going to be traveling. Can I inform the bank via Card Concierge?
With just a few clicks, you can let us know what states you're traveling to domestically and/or where you're traveling internationally (don't forget the places you're transiting through to get to your destination). Once you do, your debit card will be allowed to make purchases normally. We'll still monitor the card for anything unusual. Due to security, we have removed some countries from the travel plan options.
When I get a new debit card, will it be in Card Concierge?
Indeed! Once your new debit card is activated, you'll be able to see it in Card Concierge at the end of the next business day (if not sooner). That goes for cards we mail to you or instant issue debit cards at our branches.
How can I receive alerts about my debit card spending?
If you allow push notifications in the Banking Butler app, you can receive push notifications from Card Concierge. You also have the choice to receive text and email alerts.
Why am I getting a notification about every debit card purchase?
By default, we've enabled notifications for each debit card purchase. We just want you to be aware where your debit card is being used at all times. Don't want those alerts? You can set the alert preferences in Card Concierge by clicking "Controls & Alerts" in the Manage Card menu.
I used CardValet. Will my alerts and settings carry over to Card Concierge?
Yes! You don't have to lift a finger if you also have Banking Butler. If your name was on a card that you previously used in CardValet, our Banking Butler will have it ready for you in Card Concierge.
I have CardValet, but I don't have Banking Butler. Can I still use CardValet?
The standalone CardValet app will discontinue on September 2. After that date, you will need to use Banking Butler in order to manage your debit card with Card Concierge.
