In accordance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) regulation, First Harrison Bank is pleased to provide our CRA Public File for public inspection, updated annually as of April 1st. As a federal law enacted in 1977, the CRA encourages financial institutions to reinvest in the communities it serves. The information on this site may be downloaded by any member of the public. First Harrison Bank is able to provide printed copies of these documents; however, please note we may charge a reasonable fee to cover copying and mailing expenses. To request printed copies of documents, please contact the CRA Officer using the information found at the bottom of this page.

First Harrison Bank has not received any written comments during the years of 2022, 2023, or year-to-date 2024 that were in regard to the Bank meeting the credit needs of our communities.

Loan to Deposit Ratios

The bank’s loan-to-deposit ratio for each quarter of 2023 was as follows:

  • March: 54.52
  • June: 55.83
  • September: 59.11
  • December: 59.75
